Journalism alumni honored by City Paper
Shannon McDonald, JOUR '09, has won a journalism and media award from City Paper for work she did as a student at SCT's Multimedia Urban Reporting Lab.
McDonald wrote a story that included racist comment from a police officer during a ride-along. The article garnered national attention and resulted in the firing of the offending officer.

Theater alumnus to screen film in L.A. – NBC Los Angeles

BTMM Professors Gluck, Caples chime in on Charlie Gibson’s retirement – KYW1060, Philadelpha Inquirer
Charlie Gibson will retire from the anchor seat at ABC's World News at the end of the year to be replaced by Diane Sawyer.
