Jaime Scofield, STRC 2011, Enterprise Communications Coordinator, Lincoln Financial Group

Jaime Scofield, STRC 2011, is currently the Enterprise Communications Coordinator at Lincoln Financial Group. At Temple, Jaime majored in Strategic Communication with a business minor. Jaime felt having a general business foundation help her be a better communicator, and it would help her understand how their company or client operates. Within the department, she enjoyed taking leadership classes such as Leading Groups & Team Building and Communicating Leadership, where she learned to manage a variety of personalities and working styles within groups.

Lindsay Bues

Lindsay Bues,photo of Lindsay Bues StOC ’09, currently serves as Public Relations Coordinator at Philabundance, the Delaware Valley’s largest hunger relief organization. As PR Coordinator, Lindsay is responsible for further developing the Philabundance brand as well as expanding relationships with regional media and increasing Philabundance’s visibility throughout the region.

Lindsay joins Philabundance after volunteering with AmeriCorps through the Volunteer in Service To America (VISTA) Program, where she was placed at North Penn United Way to organize and streamline their communications and media relations strategies. She recently graduated from Temple University with a degree in Strategic and Organizational Communication in 2009. While at Temple, Lindsay served as chapter president of Temple’s Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) while interning at LevLane Advertising.

While earning his degree at Temple University, Chris Anderson was a PR intern at the American Red Cross in Baltimore, MD and later a promotions assistant and tour manager at Basementalism Records in L.A., CA. Amanda Walsh is working as an Auxiliar de Conversación or “Language and Culture Assistant” in Madrid Spain for the 2008-2009 academic year. This grant is provided through the Ministerio de Educación, Política Socialy Deporte de España. She provides support by co-teaching with a native Spanish teacher teaching English, Science and Arts and Crafts in a bilingual elementary school. She works with children ranging from seven to ten years old. This experience has allowed her to become fully immersed in the Spanish culture. Read More »
